LOEWS-UNIVERSAL ORLANDO HOTELS

Universal Orlando Hotel Projects 912 and 913 currently under construction. These two ‘gateway hotels’, currently referred to as 912 and 913, each have 750 rooms and will form the entrance to Universal’s Epic Universe, a 700-plus- acre theme park scheduled to open in 2025. At each hotel, the public spaces will include, in addition to the guest tower, a food court, lobby bar, retail store and pool bar. This is our team’s fourth project in collaboration with Loews Hotels and Universal Creative.
