Owner’s Gary and Isabel MacGurn first started selling their Dosa’s in 1995 to local Hampton’s gourmet markets. Their first shop was opened in 1997 in Amagansett, NY which became an instant success with lines forming for lunch at what became a Hampton’s hot spot. In December of 2021, after 24 years, HGX helped relocate their flagship shop on Newtown Lane, directly in the heart of East Hampton Village.
