Creating a luxurious arrival experience, a porte-cochère enables residents and guests to drive through the building, away from street and pedestrian traffic. The lobby of the residential tower sits on the east side of the site, and the hotel’s restaurant, bar and lobby are on the west, with access off Front Street. On the roof of the hotel is a shared amenity space consisting of a landscaped terrace, a gym, a yoga studio, and a lap pool overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge. The residential tower features loft-like floor plans and its own rooftop garden and pool with sweeping views.
