Design has begun on this charming craft style house and artist studio. Originally built in 1915 the home will be fully renovated and feature exposed cathedral wood ceilings and new windows to create a daylight filled space. Use of the exterior space and decks will be maximized and all of the existing native gardens and the majestic oak shade tree will be preserved.
