Steeleharbour Capital Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm with locations in New York, Northern Virginia and Sarasota, Florida. This 5,000 square foot space, with water and city views, will be home to their new executive offices located in the Wells Fargo Advisors Building in downtown Sarasota. Designed with an open floor plan to promote collaboration, the offices will have exposed concrete floors, an exposed concrete ceiling with custom walnut paneled walls and glass partitions by Lualdi.
